Two twins die almost the same way in almost same spot at almost the same time.
In 2002, in Finland a man was hit by a truck while trying to cross the highway 8 on the bike. 2 hours later his twin brother was also hit by a truck when he was trying to cross highway 8 on the bike. They died within 1.5 km of each other.
#11 – Wierd Meeting
Last name mayhem.
According to the information from Mysteries of the Unexplained, in 1920 in Peru three Englishmen met on a train. The last name of the first men was Bingham, the last name of the second men was Powell, and the name of the third one was Bingham-Powell.
#10 – Heart Attack
Twin heart attacks.
Two twins, John and Arthur Mowforth lived about 120 km from each other in England. 22nd of May, 1975 both began to experience chest pain and were admitted to separate hospitals. They were unaware of each other's conditions, and both died soon.

Although it wasn't done purposely, the graves of the first British soldier and the last British soldier who died in World War II are only few meters apart.

The names of Rome.
The founder of Rome was admittedly named Romulus. The name of its first emperor was Augustus. Its last emperor was named Romulus Augustus.
#7 – Twin Towers
Missing Twin Towers in Deux Ex.
During the production of the video game Deus Ex, it was forgotten to add the Twin Towers to New York City. That mistake was explained as a terrorist attack. It was 2000.
