Ok, Red Panda might not be the most bizarre animal in the world then you look at it at first, but there is a reason why we listed this cute animal on this particular list. The animal looks more like a mix between a panda bear and a raccoon, so it is quite strange that people decided to give the “panda” title to it instead of another name. Simply because of the reason, that red panda is way smaller than big pandas we used to see, and well, it is not a bear! This is surely the strangest animal in the last, hard to call cute (as others we pretty easy to be named like that). Technically Axolotl is a member of the Mexican salamander family, but since due to some evolutionary bug, it never fully matures, and that makes it look more like an oversized tadpole. Arguably, all members of Axolotl family are weird, but the crown of the most bizarre family member belongs to the leucistic axolotl, that has white pigmentation and pink eyes. Axolotls can be found in the lakes around southern Mexico, particularly Lake Xochimilco.
