This method isn’t the most perfect, but it is available now. For a very reasonable amount of money your whole body (or only your brain, as desired), will be frozen in special capsules. Safety for an indefinite amount of time is guaranteed. The entire catch is that we have already learned how to freeze something, but don’t know how to thawed it yet. Also it should be remembered that defrosting is not only a technical process, a lot of attention at the same time should be paid to the reconstruction of memories and the subsequent recovery of the individual. Work in this direction is actively underway.
