This year Virgin Atlantic presented new 787 and A330 aircrafts. If we remember that passengers of these airlines have always been delighted with their service, it’s not surprising that the company didn’t move a single step in the rankings. The work is done: entertainment systems, Wi-Fi, individual suites, welcome cocktails, and as a pie cherry, an ice cream in the middle of the flight.
