#14 – Bibliotheque Nationale de France, France

The 15 World

via upload.wikimedia.orgcomplain

The Bibliothèque Nationale de France is the National Library of France, located in Paris.

The largest library in France is also an exhibition hall and a place to ponder. Four ultra modern architectural towers, made of glass and steel, and symbolize four large open books. In the middle of the towers lies a large tree garden of Sylvester pines. This magnificent oasis is unfortunately not open to the public. It is visible from inside the library and adds a touch of tranquility to this stoic monument.
