Armstrong is a strong guy!
In 1996 a famous cyclist was struck with testicular cancer. He had the third stage of cancer that has spread to his brain, lungs and abdomen. Lance Armstrong was given a little chance to survive, but he managed to beat his disease and win the Tour de France for seven times.
