Someone decided Dubai should be home to a luxury development that looks vaguely like an ordinary building that has ominously sprung huge legs. The 73 story skyscraper construction started in 2009 and is due for completion in 2016. There are four towers connected by a sky bridge in the planned "integrated city", they will include a 1,800-seat premium theatre and be the home to the Dubai International Film Festival.
