Rocky Balboa is not a fictional character! In 1975 Chuck boxed against Muhammad Ali and knocked him down in the ninth round. Unfortunately, Chuck Wepner was knocked out in the final fifteenth round! Strong character of this guy was immortalized in Sylvester Stallone's movie!
