Doctor Hertha Oberholzer worked in the concentration camp Ravensbrück. She experimented on prisoners in the study of various interventions in bone, muscle and nerve tissue of the human body. To this end, the doctor removes prisoners' limb bone and implanted foreign bodies. All experiments were designed to study the process of regeneration of various tissues of the human body. Experimental results were used to treat soldiers. All the prisoners had injuries, and many died during surgery without anesthesia and as a result of lethal injections.
