This tribe was discovered during the war in Vietnam, namely during massive bombing by the US Forces. The North Vietnamese soldiers were virtually shocked to see an unknown tribe that emerged out of nowhere. This tribe decided to join a Modern life, but they still followed their traditions and customs which caused clashed with the government.
