Mercado is suffering from severe physical illness called spastic muscular dystrophy, but that did not stop girl on her way to truly enviable achievements. This successful girl graduated from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology, she trained at magazine Allure, collaborated with Diesel, and now works as the Executive Editorial Director for WeTheUrban.
