Powerful enough well-trained and artificial intelligence is able to make huge advances in science and medicine in far less time than it would take a person. Simply put: you can not spend time and effort to the invention and improvement of all of the preceding paragraphs, and just focus on the creation of AI and make it then get to invent everything.
