The fear of the different bodies of water would be called Limnophobia. These people are afraid to submerge even a finger. A picnic on the shore of the lake, river or sea is a horror for them. Limnophobia is no a fear of the water but a fear of the creatures that can live in the water or any bodies that can be there.
