Therefore, ones who hold such positions, work in a staged manner and often make short breaks. At work, we are increasingly bombarded with letters, orders, and calls. Try to do 15-minute breaks every hour or two. You can walk and get some fresh air. Then come back and you will be able to work faster and more efficiently. Studies show that processing reduce the efficiency: tired employees spend an hour on the work that normally requires 20 minutes.
