The film shows the harshness and cruelty of life as it is. Life challenges us, and only a strong, brave and determined person can respond to it and fight. Director of the film, Clint Eastwood, very skillfully focused on details, and actors gave us all sincere emotions. Someone might say that the film is harsh, but if a girl or anyone else wants to become a champion in boxing, there is no place for a "happy ending".
