Badges for services in the brothels of the Wild West.
These tokens were used to pay for the naughty services in the brothels in the XIX century in the United States. The use of these tokens was convenient for owners of establishments - it minimizes the possibility of women to leave yourself a lot of money and unleash the client in the process.
#2 – Bullets Remover
The structure of the extractor is quite simple: in the hollow there is a long pipe, a kind of screwdriver: it's screwed dipped into the wound, a bullet is groped, picked and pulled. Despite its apparent benefit the bullets remover often brought much more trouble than relief. Many patients died from shock and pain of infection.
#1 – Woman Figurines
On these figurines women show the doctor where it hurts them.
In the past doctors were only men, and they were forbidden to directly touch the senior patients. Therefore, special doll was used for the diagnosis. They were made of ivory wood and even pearl of 10-25 cm in height.
