This film tells us about the great man, Thomas Moore, the Lord Chancellor of Great Britain. He dares to argue with the king Henry VIII, who forced the country to adopt a new religion for the purpose of divorce with Queen. Sir Thomas (played by Paul Scofield) knew that the outcome of the conflict will be an invitation to execution. But still adhered to our principles. This fortitude is worthy of admiration at all times.
