The official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus is 1 USD = 10950 BYR, but in fact it is on 30% more since December 19, 2014 when 30% tax on the purchase of currency was introduced in the country. Therefore, the real exchange rate of the dollar in the Republic of Belarus - is 14 235 BYR. Belarus is the only former Soviet republics got the list. Experts predict a further devaluation of the Belarusian ruble.
